Pirate Tower by Jessica Libor is a 5×7” original watercolor painting on paper framed in a wooden 8 × 10” frame.

I was inspired by the fanciful La Tour or Pirate Tower in Victoria Beach, near Laguna Beach in California, when I visited there. It felt like a storybook location out of a fairy tale.
